Well this has been a different experience for our 2 office staff, thanks to COVID! PLEASE BE KIND TO OUR OFFICE LADIES, THEY HAVE WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF TO GET CONVOY OFF THE GROUND.

To make it a fair playing field for everyone we have decided to open the office this Saturday (and Sunday if spots aren’t filled on Saturday)

Saturday – 2pm – 5pm

Sunday – 8am – 11am

21 Cooma Street SPOTS CANNOT BE HELD – FIRST IN BEST DRESSED. If you participated in last years CONVOY, you have been emailed the form. Please fill it, print it and bring it in – Check your junk box.

EFTPOS is our preferred payment method. There may be wait times, so please be patient – only 5 in the office at once. Any abuse will result in a lifetime ban of participation in CONVOY. Forms also available in the office, have all info ready to go.

Pricing:- Truck entry $55 includes drivers pack-

Passenger $20 includes Tshirt

ALL PASSENGERS DETAILS MUST BE COMPLETED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION Also, remember your mobile phone to check in to the RA office. Office phones will not be answered on the weekend.
